Toadstool ticked Off - Help w Nitrate & Phosphate Ratio

Refugium w Chaeto on at night for 8 hrs.

Feeding mysis, brine shrimp, and bloodworms 2-3x day, frozen cubes.

My nitrates have bottomed out since adding the refugium though phosphates have fluctuated from .09-.19. I started feeding more.

Should I dose nitrates too?

Just added Phosguard today upon measuring 0.19 phosphate

This toadstool has been in my tank for two years. For the last four weeks it's been closed up and unhappy. I have changed the flow a few times.
Should I try moving it somewhere else? If so, how do I get it off the rock?
I'm worried it's dying though other corals seem OK.

Maybe lessen the time the refugium lights are on and gradually increase time. Changes have to be slow. The coral is responding to a fast change.

Looks like something is collecting on it so I would blow it of. I have a large toadstool that has been in the tank for years. I've noticed that the bigger it gets the more often it sheds and the longer the sheds take to finish and it's always larger afterwards. The last shed took over a month and I thought for sure it was dying. I like to help my leathers along by blowing them off daily and make sure nothing collects on them.
I've since moved mine so they are getting blasted with flow to the point they are lifting. The one on the left has positioned itself vertical and has an MP40 blowing right on it. Mine love light and flow.
They also like N and P My last test was NO3 35 and PO4 0.6 . PO4 has been over 0.9 where my tester maxes out and coral have no complaints at all. I would try to raise nitrate and not do anything to reduce PO4. I had these corals in a tank for 6 years that ran nitrates 25+
and phosphate 0.5+ the entire time.

My medium size toadstool is going through the same thing at the moment. I wouldn't worry too much about it.

Just adding a video of the one above getting flow. Its doing what it wants I suppose. It could lay down flat to reduce the flow. It's tearing at places but not fragging itself. I find it interesting.

That doesn't seem like too much flow to me. The leather in my tank is almost the size of a dinner plate with the trunk soda can size and I blast it alot more than that. It seems to like it.
