Leather corals are awesome beginner friendly corals. They are very adaptable. They can survive in lower light and higher levels of lighting. They prefer Moderate to high flow to keep their surfaces clean and free from debris. Make sure the flow is not too high so you don’t damage them.

For those who are considering ordering one of these leathers, i purchased number 3. You can compare my photo to the one above. The box arrived wet, damaged, and punctured. And of course the leather's bag was the one that got damaged and leaked. It only had enough water left in the bag to keep it wet. Here's a picture of it after the trip, temp acclimation, rinse, dip, rinse, and a couple hours in my tank.
