Tonini tang bloated and bobbing

Hi everyone,
I noticed my Tonini Tang this morning has a little bobbing to it when it swims. It still actively swims but it is bobbing when it does so. Eating like normal and grazing. Also its stomach is a bit bloated looking. I read that they need enough veggies to help their bowel movements and its never gone for any nori I put in the tank ever. Until today when i soaked some in garlic and selecon- it started eating it alot. Hoping that will help? Curious if someone thinks its something else.

Bloating while the pics are blurry can be due to constipation based on what foods you may be feeding or even a mild bladder issue and Nori Will not relieve any stoppage or digestion issue but rather Brine shrimp which will act as a laxative.
What foods are you feeding?

reef blend is very fine for this fish as fish frenzy By LRS better but possible is the mysis shrimp which is fatty and will cause mucus in the stomach lining
Add brine shrimp and other foods to consider are:
Formula 2 flake and frozen
small plankton
Hikari Marine cuisine
Ocean nutrition veggie diet
spirulina brine shrimp
Prime reef
