In am attempt to add a refugium and more water volume to my 90 gallon I want to add this eshoppes r300 I purchased for a future 180 gallon build. Will the fact that it has 2 bulk heads for drains be too much for my standard 90? I only have one drain and one input but was going to plumb it for both drain holes.

It's never too much :) You only have to use 1 drain "overflow side". Both of those are for tanks that have 2 overflows. I only have 1 so I only use 1 whole. The other hole I use for a temp probe lol. Your return pump will have its own hose going back up to the tank.

Didn't think I could use just one hole. That great. I may be able to hook this up sooner than later lol

you can put a Y connection/splitter from the one tank drain to the 2 sump bulkheads if you so desire, then you'd have 2 filter socks to maintain. Otherwise just use only 1 bulkhead in the sump.
