I say in tank since there's no comparing pics to the real thing. I have seen many in pics but if I don't see it in person then I can't truly rate it. That's just my opinion though.

i havent even heard of some of these newer names. Perhaps cause the dont pop up in the forums too often as everyone ones frags still and the only picture of a colony you can see is the venders/sellers.

In order for an acro to be on the top 10 for me, the color has to be consistent or proven in other reef hobbyists tanks and it would be the only ten acros I would keep in my tank. I saw sotr mille mentioned a couple of times. anybody has photos besides the vendor's?
here's an ice fire pic.

This is kinda what I was talking about...... no one has a colony that can show that this coral will look like what the seller has going. Infact I've read the seller (aquaholics) doesnt even get the dark tips on this one anymore.

All Im saying is it would be nice to see some of these corals in a bunch a hobbyist tanks ...looking as good as the seller has showed them to be. IMO a coral considered in the top ten should be captive grown long enough to show that it will a) grow well in captivity and b) keep it's color from tank to tank
