I voted light, water chemistry and stability. Once you have the first two locked in, it leads to stability.

I voted for stability, chemistry, and livestock. Lighting is important too though. I chose these because they are all things I have struggled with on my reefing journey. Livestock messing with each other or just dying for no reason, nitrates and phosphates being too high then hitting rock bottom, etc.

1. More than 3 are needed but what do you think the top 3 ingredients are for an amazing reef tank?

2. What does an amazing reef cake, I mean tank, look like to you? What do you envision?

The hot blonde (in the profile pic) 1. Good water quality is needed. 2 Coral/fish variety. 3. Proper equipment.

The average looking guy in the profile pic. (lucky to be with the hot blonde) 1. Water quality, without a doubt need to be number 1. 2. Good quality equipment and filtration. 3. A good eye for aesthetics and placement.
