Thank you and yes they have beautiful lids, and I’d love to have onejust would like to know more about them. Giving a credit card these days you need to know where the business is located. However like I said they would have been my first choice

Hey @sassyfish this is Tyler with Top Lids. Thanks for asking, yes we moved last year from Utah to Florida and Google Business is kind of being difficult in allowing us to change our address lol. Our new shipping address is located below, and feel free to reach me directly with any questions at 727-404-4952I’ve read that they make wonderful lids for tanks. However there is no information online about where they are located. Has anyone bought one, and did they have any problems getting it. Just a little nervous when there is no address when giving a credit card. When you click on facebook on the About Us it just spins. I’d really love to have one if anyone has any information.
When a small company does not put up an address, its because they are usually working from home, which is nothing wrong with that. Many people worked from home to develop a product before they made it to the corporate world. Apple and Microsoft are a great example.Wow, thank you so very much. i Just didn’t understand why no information it’s available. Thanks again
Yeah man this is very true. It's where we started back in 2018, just a hobby business. Quickly morphed into something bigger and now we have a staff of 7. Just put some more info on our team up on the website this morning, can check out the homepage and scroll to the bottom to read more on who is behind making our lids. When a small company does not put up an address, its because they are usually working from home, which is nothing wrong with that. Top lids is now located in Florida. I ordered a lid for my water box reefLX320 from them. The ordering process is interesting. I emailed for a quote, Tyler called and went over what I wanted and gave a quote. Expensive? Yes. But I’d rather that than finding fish on the floor. After deciding to go ahead with it, you measure your tank and take pics. You will get a link after payment to the software, plug in your numbers add your photos. In a few days you’ll get an email with drawing of your lid with measurements. remeasure to check that everything is right, at this point you can make changes. Once you approve it, lid gets cut and you will get photos of your lid. I’m at that point now. Lid should be shipped in about 2weeks. I started the process the beginning of March. When it’s here I’ll post photos. I also have a clear view lids on a 70 gallon cube. either lid was around the same price wise, but top lids was a much easier ordering process.I’ve read that they make wonderful lids for tanks. Great explanation of our order process for our custom lids, thanks for posting, and yes your lid is still right on schedule Have a line of standard lids coming out that require no measuring from clients, just order and send. Will have much lower lead time and available now for certain Waterbox Marine X, Reef, and Frag sizes. More tanks to be added in the coming weeks. Think it'll help yall out that want a more basic professional lid that's created and backed by usTop lids is now located in Florida. I ordered a lid for my water box reefLX320 from them. @oreolk Thanks for the shoutout Lori, glad to see another Reef LX 320.7 happy camper :) Yes you should see about 60-70% evap reduction on this tank size with your evap covers. Would be interested if could share some informal tests here of the differences before and after in this regard.woohoo! My lid from top lids came today, It was well packaged. I must admit I was a little nervous about it fitting correctly. I didn't trust my measurements. But it was spot on . Am I a happy customer? Absolutely! It didn't take as long as I thought it would, began the process on March 9 and placed on tank today April 21. I ordered it with the evaporation lids and I am happy to see that there are still considerable openings for gas exchange. Yes, they are a bit pricey, but what in this hobby isn't?
I am very pleased, Tyler and Top Lids did a great job!
️ If ya need anything you know where to find us!Yo @thatmanMIKEson nice to meet you man :) And yessir we've heard that from a few clients. Nothing at all wrong with DIY screens. They do a great job actually for many clients, but yes they are made of aluminum and although they are water and corrosion resistant, there's not really a piece of metal that you can have saltwater on 24/7 that will not potentially leech something over time. That's just what clients smarter than us have said (a few are chemists or in manufacturing).@Top_Lids I'm looking into your lids now :) they look great and I love the responses from you on here! Your Fl residents now a as a bonus
I worry about putting aluminum screens from h.d near or on top of a saltwater aquarium, I wouldn't do it, but hey different strokes
Anyone else have any pictures of your "top_lids" thank you for your pictures @oreolk !
