I just use RO/DI for my top off water. I do 10% water changes per week which helps to replenish Mg. I rarely need to add Mg, but I don't have large SPS loads in my tanks.

I wouldn't. It cannot be mixed with limewater (what I use in top off) and magnesium depletion is so very slow that it doesn't need to be added often. Some people never need to add any.

Just curious if any of you have put magnesium in your top off
I don't.
I may only have to bump mag maybe once a month but check it once a week :)

Also, I've been using Fritz RPM salt for my weekly water changes.
1/2 cup per gallon mixes to...
1.025Sg
Cal - 440-450 (Red Sea Pro)
Alk - 8.5 - 9 dkh (Red Sea Pro)
Mag - 1400 - 1425 (Salifert)
