Has anyone else had issues with Top Shelf Aquatics AI support? I ordered Straton X from them partly for the free priority overnight shipping. They shipped it on a Friday and for some reason selected "Weekday Delivery". Now I have a dark spot in my tank where one of my fixtures died and I can't work on it this weekend. I am super angry about this.

When I write them an email to let them know, I get stuck in a loop of an AI agent that can't seem to find my order. I love their coral selection, but I've had some terrible customer support issues with them in the past where I don't receive corals that I ordered for months after I order them because their ordering system glitched.

I'm wondering if others have had the same experiences. I was going to order some acros and gonis from them this weekend, but now I'm not sure.

I also called them and got put on hold for 10 minutes before ending up with "We are unavailable to take your call". If you are directing me to voice mail, don't put me on hold for 10 minutes first.

Hit them up on their socials, topshelfaquatics on Insta. I find that companies that rely on social media marketing are much more responsive there than on traditional support channels. Also, they don't like public negative attention, so if you are respectful with your post, it puts them in a position where they have to respond or face the wrath of the internet. If you are not respectful in your post, they can justifiably ignore you.

I hope you have success with contacting them.

I always try to be respectful. I feel like people are less likely to help if you just rant at them. Today I am trying very hard to be respectful. This has made me incredibly frustrated though.

I wasn't suggesting you were not being respectful. I was just sharing how being respectful helps on social media.
