My torch coral mouth is gaping, it looks like skeleton in the mouth, but if you look it’s kinda fleshy, and not skeleton. The lights have been off for 8 hours in this video. During the day it is happier with no gaping mouth (watch second video)
SPS in the tank are happy with polyp extension.
Water parameters are in line and stable.
No new additions.
Weekly 15% water change.
No pests that I know of.
Algae growth on rock is is due to setting up my own RO/DI system and after getting ICP test I found my RODI had (500ppm I think) of silicates, combined with the high nutrient input as I probably overfeed slightly.
(I upgraded the system, now am producing clean water zero TDS and zero silicates)
