I have a 3 head torch coral that’s been in the tank for about a week. I get great polyp extension for 80% of the time the lights are on. Once a day around the same time one of the three heads completely retracts and the other two shorten up their tentacles. Is this normal? Is it the torch saying it’s gotten enough “sun” for the day?

Nope, it’s just what coralscdo sometimes.
It might get irritated by something or a small parameter swing.
Keep a eye out but don’t worry.
