Torch coral seen better days

ive this this torch coral for over 4 months and this last week or so it’s not looking so good. I’ll post water parameters later after I test tonight. The only thing that’s really changed is I’ve brought my alk from 6.5 to 8.5 since mid April and been keeping it there. Do they come back after looking like this?
