Torch coral splitsing or dying

Hello, this morning when I checked my reef tank my torch coral looks like it’s splitting?? Or is it dying?

If you see a natural Divet where the two heads split thats a successful split, and it looks like one too! Does it always stay like that, or is it aggrevated by you messing with it?
