Maybe just stressed from shipping, if everything in the tank is OK it should perk up soon
Thanks for the reply
Iwas thinking its a bit small i dont particularly like the way its been cut i dont now if that wrong or not just not the way i would do it.i paid a £100 for it it called a false grail looks really good on the site though the picture doesn't show how small it is all my other single headed torches were way bigger when i first got them.

I’d watch for signs of brown jelly but it looks like it’s just closed up from shipping stress. If your water parameters are good it should start to open up.

Also, in terms of size, they can open up to be dramatically bigger than they look while retracted.

It looks like my TSA holy grail when it’s closed up. Judging by the color I bet when it finally decides to get comfortable it’s a very nice torch.

i cant think

The way it’s cut is pretty much perfect - straight through the branch, in the middle of what was once 2 heads.
The difference is, whoever you bought it from didn’t remove the original base to shorten the stem a bit more and have it look like a more “traditional” frag.

The head we can’t comment much on - wait until it opens over the next couple of days, it should recover nicely. There does however appear to be a slight bit of recession on the flesh band around the top. So I’d just keep a close eye on that to make sure it doesn’t bail entirely or potentially catch BJD.
