Torch coral?

We picked this torch coral up little over a year ago. It was only one small head at the time. Now it grow more like encrusted more than anything. Just seeing if it is a torch our something else. Just didn't get big like other torches I have seen. I had to cut it off of rock and it broke into couple of pieces.
