Hi, I purchased this torch a couple days ago it was really happy until today, any feedback would be great. Unsure on what to do thanks

I would suggest checking your water parameters first. Salinity, temp, alk, calc, mag, ammonia, nitrites, nitrates. Then go from there. Also tank placement.

It looks normal. Expelling poop and very common for euphyllia to close heads like that when initially introduced. Usually they look fine after a few days if acclimated correctly and kept in good conditions.
