i got this torches more than a month ago. Last weekend i was out of town when I came back one of the torches is no longer active. Water parameters are the same and I am not sure what happened to this torches and why it impacted only one torch. Did a coral dip, not sure if the torch will come

Maybe the pencil urchin ran it over by error?
It was either eaten or bailed.
