Hi there. Can you give a little more information regarding your system and the process you used to move the coral in?

Here is some data that could help readers come up with some advice:
1) What are your current parameters (e.g. Temp, Salinity, Ammonia, Nitrite, Nitrate, Phos, Alk, Ca)?
2) What process did you use to acclimate the frag?
3) Did you use any particular dip solution or method before placement?
4) What is the flow and lighting currently used in that area?

Also share how long ago did you add the torch? How old is your current setup?

From the picture, the polyps aren't extended, but the skeleton isn't exposed either. It doesn't look like it is dying.

It's hard to see but on the polyps on the lower head, there is a massive black hole - I assume that that used to be a fully grown head.

@stevens70 can we get a picture with more white lighting?
How old is the tank?
Is there any brown goo around the head(s) of the torch?
