Torch extended one tentacle

Last night I noticed that one tentacle is really extended. Then this morning I noticed two were extended but shortly after they retracted. Currently all are the same lengths. Any ideas?

It's a frag and only a few weeks in my tank. Seems I just read a post where they stated b/c it's young give it some months and the tentacles will extend.

Wonder if 265 PAR is too high? It's currently lower as the intensity on my Kessil is lower... Just curious once I have them at 75% intensity will it be an issue?
