Can anyone ID this torch? Was told it’s a normal green tip but it kind of look like there’s a bit of gold there as well.

Can anyone ID this torch? Was told it’s a normal green tip but it kind of look like there’s a bit of gold there as well.

If there’s gold it’s possibly a Hellfire/Dragon Soul - a blue light filtered photo is best in this case I think.
