Torch ID Please

Is this a Dragon Soul Torch? I keep seeing different torches called something they are not, just looking for a proper ID and what something like this would be worth? Thanks!

What makes it a dragon soul vs. just an indo gold?

There is a little color difference but people who sell them will give you a whole list of differences

From what I know a dragon soul has a purple base with gold/green tentacles and teal bulbs. Where as a Indo gold is gold with brown streaks and blue bulbs. Colors may vary due to light spectrum.
