Torch ID Please

Can someone help me ID this torch? (The bottom one). The LFS is claiming Dragon Soul, but I’m not 100% sure. Other pictures on Dragon Soul I’ve found show each tentacle fading from a dark purple to a yellow/green tip. This torch is a deep purple tentacle with a faint yellow strip up the side and a bright fluorescent green tip. But the colors do not fade purple to yellow/green from the base to tip. Thoughts?

Hard to tell with the name game. The picture isn't the best but I see some resemblance to a dragon soul.
