Torch not opening

so got 2 torches delivered today the 1 on the right is fully open the 1 on the left is out a little bit but not much been in the tank about 6 hours all the torches i have had have opened in like 1-2 hours of being in the tank bar this 1 its a tiger torch if that makes any difference

They don't look super upset to me... As suggested above, patience is probably the answer. This is too early to tell, imo.

Did you dip the torch when you received it? Did anything fall off?
