Torch Not Openning

Hey guys. I bought this torch two weeks ago and i havent got it to open yet. It is sitting in 120ish par, 7.4 dKH, 400 Ca, 1.9 Phos, 20 ppm Nitrates. Do i have too much flow on it? or is it something else?

That does indeed look like too much flow. Sucker looks like it is getting blasted.

Couple of thoughts... the flow looks like it's a bit much for the torch. They don't respond well to unidirectional mod-high flow. Also, the lighting is a little high for torches. IME, they prefer low-moderate light around 75 par.
Last thought, your phos is a bit high. Although torches prefer a little dirtier water, I've come to realize they don't do as well when phos is >.1.
You may want to move it lower in the tank and protect it from direct flow. Oh, and if your phos is correct at 1.9 (assume you mean .19) get that down as well.

It was sold to me as an indo torch... my first euphyllia so im not sure

For the phos i meant .19 (my bad). I have moved him lower so hopefully he responds to it. Others are saying that is might not be a torch. It was sold as an indo torch to me do you have any insight on that?

My first though that it looked like a frog spawn.

I don't think it is a frogspawn... It has very separate branches and looks nothing like my frog spawn

It's hard to tell when it's not fully open. Aussie torches tend to have shorter and chubbier tentacles than their indo counterparts. The aussie gold in the pic is a good example of the difference.
It could be a hammer that is "framming"(combo of frogspawn and hammer); in other words, a variant that is a hammer with stubbier and less hammer like tentacles . I have one of those (not intentionally) and it looks a lot like what you have.
I don't think it's a frogspawn.
Good thing is that both hammers and torches prefer the same area in the tank. Hammers actually prefer even less flow...
