Are these eggs ? Definitely know the torch is not doing well. It’s been shrinking for a couple weeks. Any ideas?

hi, look like nerite snail eggs to me, as far as health ,params look good, dip ? move ?
 
Agree on the snail eggs. Check your parameters (alk, temp, calc, nitrate, phosphate, lighting, flow). How long have you had the torch?
