Torch splitting or bail out?

Hi,
Today morning, I noticed that a small part of the torch split from the skeleton. Is it splitting or bailing out?

Just watched the video. Looks like a head is becoming detached, not good. How long have you had the torch? Water parameters?

It's not a healthy torch. IMO.
Flesh is very, very receded.

Tissue recession and may be due to excess flow or insufficient light intensity. These guy also require calcium for skeletal health , no less than 380. Assure Phos not elevated and there are no pests such as nudibranch or flatworms on its base

I think this may have something to do with chemistry or lighting... Just a hunch.

I'm going to buy test kits tomorrow.
I increased the intensity of the armature. Is there anything that I can do right now? Is it possible to fix that issue or is it too late?

They seem to like higher mag for the one I have.

Can you do a 10 or 20% water change? That'll may help you get back on track and buy you some time while you're figuring out the issue.

I drove to the store to buy the test kits.

Here are the results:
Salinity: 1,025
KH/Alk 9,3
Mg 1200
Nitrate 5
Calcium 480
Phosphate 0

your Phosphate is zero. Corals is starving. I keep my phosphate above .03 ppm. Mag is low , I keep mine 1350 - 1400 ppm . Lower your Alk to 8 dkh due to low nutrients. Raise SG to 1.026

I dipped my corals today and started to dose Mg after your reply.
I will test the Mg tomorrow and we will see.

Do you have anything to dose phosphates? Reef roids, pellets, dry Coral food, Etc?

From my previous experiences I would take measures to save this coral if it were mine. Check out this treatment. https://kungfucorals.com/blogs/news/the-kfc-dip-a-game-changer-in-keeping-healthy-euphyllia. This procedure had saved me from loosing torches many times in the past. If its receding and damaged torches become infected SUPER easy with brown jelly an other bacterial infections, I use this treatment to ensure that there are no current infections in the coral and to prevent them to allow that damage to heal.

Yesterday I bought seachem reef dip and used it for all of my corals in a separated bowl. I know that it's nothing to do with kfc dip but my corals look very happy right now.
Bailing out is stable. Maybe it will attach again to the skeleton.

Quick update after 2 days:
I started to dose 1 cup of Brightwell Magnesion each day.
I'm going to test Magnesium today. I see the difference in my other corals as well. They extend more and more.
The torch looks the same for 2 days. How long does bail-out process take? Is there any chance to attach to the skeleton again?

Sometimes the bail out is overnight sometimes it takes a few days. Depends on water quality mostly, IMO.
Does it look like it's getting worse or just staying the same? In your picture looks like it may have come off a little bit more off the skeleton but hard to judge.
But, having said that, two days have gone by and it hasn't bailed yet so that's a good thing. Just keep working on that water quality get your parameters all in line, and hope for the best!

Actually, it's stable.
Sunday night I dipped the torch as well. Today I'm going to dip again.

I'm using Brightwell Restor with a feeding tube, Seachem Reef dip in a separate bowl, and Seachem Reef Phytoplankton with a feeding tube + 1 cup Brightwell Magnesion every day.
