Torch tentacle with two “tips”?

Just noticed one of my torches has two tips on some tentacles. The one circled is the most prominent. Normal?

Just noticed one of my torches has two tips on some tentacles. The one circled is the most prominent. Normal?

I have a torch with a split tentacle about halfway down. I imagine there's a decent chance of mutation in these, doesn't seem to be an issue at all but perhaps someone has a different take! Following nevertheless.
