I want to share the following pictures with you and see what you think.

I have a 60 gallons AIO tank nits been up and running for about 7 months.

I have 2 clown fish, 2 firefish, one bengay cardinal, 1 Midas blenny, 3 green chromis and 1 neon dotty back.

I have three torches, 3 hammers, 3 zoas and 1 Duncan.

My parameter are good (you can see them in the picture).

My problem is that the torches and hammers are not extending. They were before, but never really extending. The Duncan sometimes looks good and most of the time is retracted.

I tweaked a little bit the lighting and flow but it made it worse so I brought it back to what it was.

What you guys think?

Its difficult to see in these blue pictures, but it doesn't look too bad. IF you can take some new pics with the blue lights turned off its easier for us to see, the blue light messes with the phone camera. And since you advise you tweeked your lighting and flow, please share details on your lighting and flow, thanks

Are you water parameters consistent for the last 7 months?
Cal and Alk are okay where they're at if everything are consistent - though i'd bump the Cal up a tad...

Get yourself an orange glasses/lens and take pictures with it. it will filter out the blues

The parameters have been consistent the last 1-2 months.

Before I struggled with 0PO4 and NO3 but I brought them up dosing PO4 and NO3.

I am not dosing phosphate anymore but I still dosing Nitrates to keep the levels constant

pics for parameters didn't come through, or its just me and I can't see them.

All the torches and hammers are okay, but obviously not ideal.

A video, posted to youtube and a link here might help. In my experience they work best in moderate flow, even though I see some thrive in high flow, I'm not sure thats the best environment for them, but they need to have movement.

If you were dealing with very low nutrients and have brought them up a bit, then its likely just a waiting game to have them recover from "starving".

Also you can spot feed them mysis/benereef, which at least in my tank seems to be beneficial for them.
