Hi all

In the last month the touch screen alarm has decreased in volume by 95%.

Also now the arrows that indicate if the values are rising or falling have disappeared.

Any idea how to fix?

I have never seen this behavior before on mine. Did you put in a support ticket? Did you reboot the screen to see if it comes back? Was any changes done like a firmware upgrade recently?

Remove the usb (usb like) plug from the back of the screen and check for corrosion/damage/or just not connected properly.

Sometimes it can come loose and then the screen can play up. Don’t know if volume does the same thing.

I have my Touch on a sucker holder and once in a blue moon it’ll detach and the touch effectively does a bungee jump on the usb wire ...sometimes that pulls the cable out of the socket just enough that it works, but you get a blend of the different screens together.
