Translucent Bubbles forming on hammer?

I have this hammer coral that is forming 3 translucent bubbles, it’s hard to see from the pic but can any one tell me what it might be? Everything is closed up right now because the lights are off.

Can you take a picture when the lights are on, or just generally provide more pictures?

I have always heard it's growing a new head when bubble appears
