Translucent torch and mushroom.

I’ve got some coral that still has color but parts of the tissue have turned a clear/translucent. My torch have been on the bottom and I’m afraid of moving them up and it becoming worse. I’ve also got a mushroom doing the same thing.

my nitrates have been high(50 ppm) and my lighting is a viparspectra on 30 blues.
