Currently Treating with Cupramine in quarantine tank using SeaChem copper test kit. What level of copper should I maintain for the 2 week period? I just tested and read a level of 0.5.

Copper will bring a lot of stress to fish.
What is wrong with your fish??

First of all, at least 4 weeks are required. I've kept mine at .5-.6 without issue.

I'm pretty sure I brought a fish home from lfs that had marine velvet and wiped out half of my stock. Out of about 8 fish I have 2 clowns and a blue spotted watchman goby left. This happened a week and half ago. Since then I have established a qt tank and saved these 3. The others died with 2 days of me noticing any symptoms.

This is a few pics I got of the infected fish the day before they passed away. I've been told from good sources on the blog it was definitely marine velvet and possibly Brooklynella also!
