Tridacna Clam ID (Maxima?)

Hey all, need some help with an ID.

Recently got a new clam.. super excited but can’t figure out the ID.

Please help! :D

That's a Tridacna Maxima.

The scutes on the shell resemble Tridacna maxima.

I agree. You can also just tell by looking at the mantle pattern after a while. 100% T. Maxima.
