My Trident has been working flawlessly for about a year until two days ago. It was reading Alk at about 8.0 - 8.1 and then the next test showed Alk at 13.3 and has been reading high since. What I've done so far:

1. Replaced reagents.
2. Calibrated with solution.
3. Tested with Hannah - tank reads 8.3
4. Tested calibration fluid with Hannah- was spot on
5. Removed black sample hose and ran rodi through it with a syringe
6. Checked reagent lines for kinks / disconnected metal tube
7. Primed sample line twice
8. Trident now reads 13.37

Any advice on what to do next would be greatly appreciated!

Well, it's fixed. In case someone has the same issue and finds this thread, here is what I did. I pulled all reagent bottles out and removed the drawer. I made sure all the lines from the reagent to the Trident were straight and ran an Alk test. It came back at 8.2 and I confirmed with a Hannah test. Looks like the reagent line was kinked.
