trident installation issue: prime reagent and sample lines

hi ,

i've waited for the trident to have the orange status led and selected the prime dropdown and selected all the option and updated the cloud. but once i click on updated to cloud, it'll turn to blue and red light indefinitely. if i exit the trident page and reenter. prime will have nothing selected. anyone is having this issue? pls help

Did you use the Trident Initial Setup task? That is all you need to do before running a manual test or waiting for your next test. You don't need to prime the lines or anything...it has very clear instructions.
