my trident wasn’t working, and it turns out 1-2 of the hoses came out for the internal pump that moves the reagents and water samples. I tried reattaching multiple times, but when it pushes the water back out (versus pulling into sample), the tubes pop off and start leaking. Any ideas on how to keep them fixed on? I put a piece of filter floss behind to keep the center piece in place, didn’t help.

Can you get to check if there's some sort of internal blockage inside the lines in question? Chances are they're coming off because if higher pressure inside than designed..

Have never taken my Trident apart, but a similar thing happened to me with the RF KH Keeper.. Blocked tubing. Took it out, blew through it and voila - back to normal!

Good idea!! Will figure out how to blow the lines out.

If you press on the Pinch valves the lines can be removed and use a syringe with RO/DI to push through the lines to clear them.

I just had a problem where liquid rust the pinch valve when hoses pop ,and Trident was not capable to run a calcium test.

sounds like I have some work cut out for me this morning trying to flush these lines.
