All three DOS sections are listed at 12.0 dkh. The alarm is still going off an hour after the DOS was manually updated to 12.0. I did not use the task manager for this update.

Because you didn’t change the range….. Can’t ask it for 12 DKH when at 11 DKH with a range of .40

you would need the range at 1.1 to stop the alarm and trigger controlled dosing

BTW I think it’s a terrible idea to do this

My present reading is 11.87dkh. I’m within range of a 12.0dkh range. That’s why I’m adjusting. The salt I use has high alkalinity by default.
Ok, I thought your post said at 11. Then I would put a ticket in, support is great. You can edit the alarm parameters also so they stop

The previous setting was to maintain at 11.0. I’ve been running high for a few days so I decided to stop fighting it and increase the range a bit. This is the first time I’ve had any issues changing a program setting.

And FYI I think most people run there tanks a lot lower then 11-12 since natural sea water is 6-7ish
