Trident NP every day? Why?

Has anyone found a programming workaround to schedule NP testing other than every day? I hate to be conspiratorial, but it seems Neptune has locked out every imaginable way to do this. My Apex has been a great system and Neptune CS has been great, the few times I've reached out. They seriously seem like a great company. I can't imagine them intentionally forcing daily testing as a money grab to sell more reagent, but that's about all I'm left with to understand. Everything else about this system is fully customizable, except this. I'd love to hear more about why I need to spend $1/day to automatically test something that a single weekly test would be more than sufficient.

You can do it just like the other Trident , however it's my understanding that the reagents in the NP don't last like the Trident ACM which I'm guessing is why it's a daily thing. Anyways here's how to do it -

I used your link above to find access to program the NP outlet. I tried a few ways to code the NP for every other day without direct success. I wound up creating a virtual outlet, NP_EOD, to make it work on M/W/F only. TBD if it works, love to hear feedback. Here's what I did:
