Hey guys I’m having issues with my trident NP. Here’s the breakdown.

I bought a used trident NP
I installed it and it said trident needs cleaning error so I did the cleaning procedure and then it had the no water sample error so I took it apart and cleaned it, It did test one time only and then it was saying bad NO3 after that.

I had a mini trident cover laying around so I transferred my Np to the mini and then my trident gave the Bad Voltage error. I ended up deleting it off my apex I figured I would reinstall it and maybe that would help but after deleting it my apex will not recognize the np at all. The light doesn’t turn on the np as well. I can feel the motor getting hot when it’s plugged in but the module can’t be found nor will any light on the trident turn on. I have no idea what’s going on. Any help would be appreciated I would really love to use the trident.

I used 1 link cable, the usb cable and power and still nothing. I tried plugging it into 2 different eb832 and still nothing. I have trident connected that is working fine, just my trident Np is dead

I would open a ticket with Neptune. I had a similar issue, and we determined that the perialistic pump had broke and needed an RMA. I sent the Trident NP back (I had to pay for shipping) and they honored the warranty (1 year I believe) and then I got it back after a few weeks. All good now, and they never gave me a hassle for this problem.

Mine is unfortunately out of warranty, but it’s definitely worth a try. If I can’t resolve it that will be my next step
