Trident NP Owners Poll: Is it Working?

Now that the Trident NP has been released for ~3 months, what is the verdict on the tester from owners? Lots of mixed feedback so far from the postings online.

Just noticed that no one has been active on this thread yet after a day went by.

Maybe they are so focused on their tanks that they have not seen the question?

Bump. I don’t have one but am curious about the answers from folks who do.

I've had zero issues. Neptune has released 2 patches for the NP since it's release. It's important that both are applied.

My phosphate was within 0.01 of my Hannah when I started. Slowly it’s drifting apart

My phosphates read 0, never changes. It only tests nitrates for me now.

Phosphates slowly drifted apart but still trends up or down appropriately based on my tank.

0.12 meant 0.21
0.08 meant 0.15
0.05 now means 0.11

Sooo...idk I think it's still helpful and useful. I did notice if you dont run your test every 24H that's when there is the initial discrepency that gets worsened.

Lasted 2 weeks, pinch motors disintegrated inside the machine from reagents, sent back, SaltwaterDOTcom didn't even want to discuss the device and had a very short rude answer to my complaints and said " Just send the thing back we will refund all your money " .

I have two units both have always read 0.1 on phosphates. My Hanna reads 0.7 and 0.14 . As Far as Nitrates it reads 5 but my Nitrates are 20 and the other reads 2 Nitrates and it's 15 Nitrates with Hanna. I thought maybe I got bad units hearing other people had success picked another one up and it never worked from the start just says no sample and the doser for sample is getting sample water. Changed line no luck. I just need a reliable u it that reads Phosphates. For now it's back to Hanna.

I’ve been struggling with mine for two weeks. Currently have a support ticket placed to see if I can get some assistance. This is how the NP compares to my Hanna so far, see attached.
