I own a LOT of Neptune gear however I have to say the NP is a pile of hot garbage and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Reefbot should arrive this week so hopefully I won't need the NP much longer.

By any chance have you read through beananimals thread here on it (regarding his reefbot experience)? Might be worth your time.

Edit: as it relates to trouble shooting or tips.

Could you help listed Test Kit & Brand you're using with ReefBot?

I got mine as well... but I haven't set up yet...

I believe I got the 12 version, the Hexagon one.

Is the NP that bad?

I am about to punt my Mastertronic, that thing is a point of sale. I just don’t want a subscription nutrient deal. I don’t need nor want daily nutrient numbers. I test weekly for it. If I run into a challenge, I up my testing frequency. I think I am going to wind up where I started. Using my Hannas.

No, it isn't. Hobbyist have different experiences which is somewhat unfortunate.

There is nothing wrong with this. One can run Hanna's Nitrate, Phosphate, and Alk tests in about 10 minutes give or take 1. The Nitrate has the longest countdown timer at 7 minutes. Phosphate and Nitrate take 2 minutes to shake. Alk is instant. Minute to put data into Excel, Numbers, or Sheets and you are done.
