Hey guys i just reconnected my trident after not having any reagents.
I re calibrated the unit twice only for my CA to be read obviously wrong. Can someone help shed light on how to fix this?
I‘ve run a combine test twice only for it to come back “No water sample”

Please advise on how to get around this

How long was your Trident offline? If longer than 72 hours, did you run the Trident Shutdown task? That's required to prevent the lines from getting clogged. See https://www.neptunesystems.com/getstarted/trident/shutdown/

I'd try flushing the sample line. Disconnect the sample line from the Trident, then attach it to a small syringe full of water. Use the syringe to force water through the line, hopefully pushing out anything that's obstructing it.

Freshwater filter only or is it? Have you ever used an HOB filter on a saltwater tank?
