Good evening all,
I’ve had an ongoing issue with my Trigger platinum 39 sump and I’ve been trying to get a hold of Trigger Systems since I’m still within the warranty period.

I tried emailing them and calling them but haven’t heard anything back. Went as far as having Bulk Reef Supply email them and cc me but still no response.

Has anyone else had issues getting support from them?

Contact them via facebook

Not sure if either of those are just vendors that carry trigger products.
If you cant reach them by phone and they took down their personal FB page, it raises questions

How long would you give a company to respond?
A few days.

I have been having ongoing issues with this same exact sump since the day I got it. I ended up taking off the whole fleece roll system, which was one of their main selling points.

Looks like they upgraded the fleece roller parts and fixed issues with it, but what about those of us who are still well within the warranty period?

Sorry to say but good luck. It was like pulling teeth to get any help from them for months on end. I wanted to upgrade to the new roller system and they kept forgetting to send me a link to pay. Months went by and they finally got back to me with a much higher price. I called them out on it and they gave me the original price I was quoted.

In the end, they took care of me but my feeling is they don’t have enough staff to answer emails quickly.

They aren't any better these days. Been reaching out for 10 businesses days and nothing on a failed V2 motor........

Same boat here. I’m about 9 emails in at this point. They initially replied with pricing for the parts I needed for my Sapphire sump, but after that it basically went silent while trying to actually place the order.

I’ve even reached out to both SaltwaterAquarium and BRS to see if they could help get ahold of someone. SWA was the only one that replied back.

At this point I honestly don’t know what options are left besides continuing to email or trying to catch them at a show. Frustrating because I’ve always heard good things about Trigger products themselves.
