Hi,

Has anyone been able to contact Trigger Systems customer support? I've sent two notes to [email protected] over the past two weeks and have not gotten a response.

I was trying to buy a replacement part but all the normal suppliers are out of stock. So I purchased directly from their web site and got:

Just to let you know — we've received your order #10774, and it is now being processed:
[Order #10774] (April 26, 2026)

My account has been charged but I've gotten no updates on the order. Are these guys even still in business? Anyone have any news?

Good luck. Probably the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with in 2 decades of doing this. They sold me the wrong part, wouldn’t refund my money, and completely ghosted me

I actually got a “shipped” email after 9 days.

There is no support phone number on their site. I read some post somewhere saying they had a fire? But I couldn't find any news article to confirm.

Hopefully, they figure things out and remain viable.

It is just a hit paying the money and it not working after two days. If they would answer a email would help. Thanks for the reply

Ive been trying to get ahold of them for a month and they won't return my multiple emails. They sent me a wrong replacement of my fleece motor.

I’ve been trying to reach them for over 2 weeks with 4 emails. I received a response from my first email asking me a question and I responded. It’s been silence since.

SeptorsReef, what motor did they send you?

I don’t know if this will help you out. I got Replacement Sponges from aquacave. They have other parts too.

I am looking for a new Motor Control Box V2. The screen on mine has gone out (I suspect moisture and/or salt creep corrosion), and a few cogs/teeth on the gear wheel have broken off, so it's definitely time for a new one.

I just e-mailed Trigger customer support today, 01 Jun 2026. - Let's see how long it takes for me to get a response.
