Hey all,

I have a Red Sea 350. Has anyone changed out the stock sump with a trigger 26?

After having it a while I just don’t like the layout. I don’t like a refugium before the skimmer. So I thought of repiping it to accommodate a trigger sump. Any input would be appreciated.

How is changing the socks? That is the only thing that looks a bit inconvenient…having to reach around the skimmer.

gets no easier than pulling one and placing another in its place. Mesh style can be washed by hand and felt in a washing machine with Just warm water
