Hi, this is my first post here.
I have a pico tank (7gal) full of macros and softies. Till recently i thought there aren’t any fish small enough for this tank, until I came upon Trimma cana. I have a few questions about them.
1) what do you guys feed them? Will they accept frozen food?
2) how shy are they aka how often will i see them?
3) since they live so short, is it possible to get a male and two females and establish a breeding population? If so, how to distinguish male and female?
Any other comments or experiences you wish to share are very welcome as well

There are lots of trimma sp. that are being captive bred . Look at Biota . . Among the gobies , you have pecking order . Pairing them would require space for them to sort out safely . They are beautiful to have in a nano tank . I have two green banded gobies (not trimma) that don’t like each other . They are in a nano . They would be lost in a large tank . Looking for more to add over time . You might just have to try a species . If so report back with your observation
