Hi -

I use a Sony a7 camera, but it's been really hard finding a microscope that will accept an e-mount camera on the camera tube. Those that will are $$$$ ($400+ - I'd rather buy some reef gear!).

Do any of you have a suggestion for a good microscope that will allow you to capture 4k video? It seems like there are many options for microscopes that offer digital cameras built in, but I'm not really sure what is good quality in the world of microscopes and I don't want to spend that kind of money on junk!

I normally shoot my videos in 4k - but all the scopes with cameras built in are much lower resolution and things like the Olympus UC90 don't actually seem to be available anywhere (that I've seen).

Are any of you doing microscope videography on your channels? Help! :)

I am also very curious. I have a Nikon 5300, and would like to get a scope at some point. Hopefully, someone will shed some light,
