I'm thinking they need to start laying off so much sauerkraut for breakfast, lunch and dinner....
1) forget about trying to setup an account thru your Android phone thru www.triton-lab.de. Website looks very dated and you need a Windows Desktop to successfully fillout profiles, your aquarium. Seems like it can only be done when MOUSE, scrolls and clicks are involved...
Sidenote, website first come up in German, like I'm suppose to be impressed with how international this whole process is. Please :rolleyes:. Your #1 customer is the USA, use English
2) Not sure why they want my mailing addresses, size of tank, every stinkin' method i use for dosing, filtration etc etc.... "I just want my water tested" (in a crying voice). I guess they want to build a Marketing profile so they can sell my info, so everyone can start spamming my email
3) so far, even before sending out samples, disappointed in how 1990ish/early-internet this whole process feels. I was trying to complete my barcode entry thru my Android phone and it might as well been like I was from Mars speaking Martian . Disappointed this whole process is not technologically streamlined to download an Android or Apple phone App and simply scan your barcodes in using your phone's camera. Wow this whole thing is 10, 20 years or more behind a much needed slicker technology
4) also $50....dang. im doing this one time to see what crap-o-la I have in a 15yr old tank. I'd be a regular customer if I could get my water sample results thru a slick Phone App at $9.95 recurring monthly subscription fee.
This ICP testing needs a major 2021/22 technology upgrade.
