For snails I've heard of people using algae wafers and/or nori sheets.

Trocus are very small snails so I assume they will eat minimal algae but in regards to urchin's, these need alot of algae to eat constantly, I'm unsure if there is a supplement they will graze on constantly, how old is your aquriam?

There's a fine balance between maintaining algae growth to feed cuc to where your in control of algae growth
Especially to feed an urchin
