Is anyone else experiencing constant low orp levels after swapping to tropic Marin. My levels have stayed in the 220s since I changed. They used to be high 300s low 400s with fritz

ORP in a new salt mix will depend on the exact form of trace elements used, and is often low due likely to use of more soluble forms such as ferrous iron vs ferric iron. Thus, I would not even bother measuring it.
